Event Management Role

Our company is seeking a skilled Event Coordinator to plan and execute events throughout the year.

As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for scheduling company events, identifying clear objectives, and preparing operational plans. You will also liaise with stakeholders and staff members during the event planning process, follow up on preparations, and act as the first point of contact on event days.

  • Coordinate and manage different types of events, including study expos, seminars, university tours, and day tour events.
  • Identify clear objectives for each event/campaign and prepare a specific operational plan to achieve set objectives.
  • Liaise with stakeholders and staff members during the event planning process.
  • Follow up, supervise, and manage the preparation process for each event/campaign.
  • Act as the first point of contact for partners and staff members on the event day.
  • Assess event outcomes and provide relevant feedback.

To succeed in this role, you will need experience in organizing events, completed or currently attending higher education courses in Marketing/Public Relationship/Event Management/Media and Communication, strong organizational skills, excellent multi-tasking abilities, and strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well with diverse cultures and languages is essential.
