As a Special Events Executive, you will play a key role in securing event bookings for our rooftop city bar. Key responsibilities include identifying sales opportunities, establishing relationships with corporate clients, and creating promotional materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively identify and capitalize on event sales opportunities to surpass revenue targets
  • Establish and nurture relationships with corporate clients and industry professionals
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to create compelling collateral and promotional materials
  • Conduct site inspections and provide detailed information to clients
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
  • Monitor and analyze events performance metrics and provide regular reports to management

You are expected to have experience in the hospitality service industry, a proven track record in sales, a drive to succeed, and excellent communication and negotiation skills. You should be self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry
  • Prior experience in sales and event planning is highly desirable
  • Degree in hospitality, business, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
