About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Event Coordinator to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven individual with exceptional communication skills to take ownership of the client journey through the booking process, coordination, and successful completion of weddings, functions, and conferences.

  • Plan and coordinate all assigned events for weddings, corporate, private functions, and offsite activities.
  • Provide support to sales teams in quoting, negotiation, and contracting events.
  • Manage and maintain repeat business across all venues.
  • Ensure timely and accurate communication to a wide audience externally and internally.
  • Attend relevant meetings in regard to assigned events.
  • Represent the company at networking functions as required.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years experience in event planning in a similar role for a premium hospitality group, catering company, or luxury hotel.
  • A strong attention to detail and ability to manage various projects concurrently.
  • A positive attitude and creative approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal departments.
  • The ability to multi-task/manage multiple events simultaneously.
