About the Role:

The Trade Supervisor is a critical role accountable for overseeing maintenance operations at our Wantirna South facility. Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and improving all aspects of site maintenance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

">
  • Ensure safe working practices are maintained within the workplace.">
  • Supervise the maintenance team including Mechanical Fitters and Electricians.">
  • Oversee the daily maintenance plan, guaranteeing completion of work orders within allocated resources.">
  • Conduct inspections of plant equipment to identify areas of improvement and safe practices.">
  • Collaborate closely with operations teams to deliver production objectives.">
  • Maintain spare parts inventory, reviewing and following up on parts to ensure efficient completion of planned repairs and maintenance.">
  • Lead and manage continuous improvement projects to enhance current processes, safety standards, and operational efficiency.">
  • Assist with any mechanical breakdowns and services required within the plant.">
