Responsibilities:

  • Partner with managers to plan workforce needs and recruitment strategies.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment from job advertising to hiring decisions.
  • Develop employer branding and diversity hiring initiatives.
  • Build talent pipelines through networking and industry engagement.
  • Support candidates throughout the recruitment process for a seamless experience.
  • Coach managers on recruitment best practices.
  • Oversee talent development and succession planning.
  • Support HR projects and compliance with employment agreements.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Delivering exceptional customer service, effective communication, strategic thinking, and HR operations expertise. Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to work proactively and independently. A tertiary qualification in Business or Human Resources is required.
