Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled HR professional to join our dynamic Human Resources team.


  • Partner with managers to develop workforce strategies and recruitment plans.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, from job advertising to hiring decisions.
  • Develop employer branding initiatives and diversity hiring strategies.
  • Build talent pipelines through industry engagement and networking.
  • Support candidates throughout the recruitment process for a seamless experience.
  • Coach managers on recruitment best practices.
  • Oversee talent development and succession planning.
  • Support HR projects and compliance with employment agreements.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:


  • Delivering exceptional customer service and effective communication skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in HR operations, stakeholder engagement, and working with HR systems.
  • A tertiary qualification in Business or Human Resources.
