Campus Dining and Event Services Opportunity

The primary function of this part-time role is to maintain a high-level dining experience for students, staff, and external guests. This position offers flexibility with an afternoon shift and the option to take summers off, making it ideal for those seeking a balanced work-life schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up student dining rooms and event spaces, ensuring hospitality and service standards are met or exceeded.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout shifts.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties, including storing reusable goods and cleaning equipment.
  • Liaise with kitchen staff to maintain proper food service temperatures and replenish food items as needed during events.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma required; two years of experience in food service operations preferred.
  • Availability to work afternoons and early evenings, until 8pm.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Physical ability to lift and move up to 35 pounds.
