About Our Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Scholarships and Grants Coordinator to join our team.
This role is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of scholarships and grants programs, from proposal writing and securing funding to administering, reporting, and evaluating outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical aptitude and relevant experience in program management, stakeholder engagement, and financial administration.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Administering scholarships and grants programs, including proposal writing, securing funding, and evaluating outcomes.
- Building and maintaining relationships with funders, partners, and stakeholders to ensure successful program delivery.
- Coordinating the design, promotion, delivery, and evaluation of key initiatives.
- Managing budgets, payments, and acquittals to ensure financial compliance.
- Maintaining accurate records and systems, including databases, CRM entries, and contracts.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- At least 3 years' experience in program management, preferably within education, not-for-profit, or government sectors.
- Proven success in developing grant proposals and securing significant funding ($300k+).
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple programs and deadlines effectively.
- Experience in financial administration, including managing budgets, payments, and compliance.
