Project Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to lead project management improvements, supervising grant and project reporting, and providing project support.

About the Role

  • Drive project management improvements, coordinate and administer grant and project reporting, and approvals across the business.
  • Develop strategic business cases, provide training, and identify and prioritise grants.
  • Lead and manage major project and grant programs.
  • Mentor staff to enable them to successfully support the team.
  • Interpret, present, and communicate regular reports and other formal documents for relevant audiences.

About You

We are looking for a leader with:

  • Degree qualifications in project management or a relevant field.
  • Proven leadership skills in managing multidisciplinary project teams.
  • Demonstrated experience in project or grant management/administration in a complex organisation.
  • Expertise in project frameworks and strong quantitative and analytical skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Benefits

An attractive remuneration package from $142,245 to $156,619 per annum, plus 11.5% superannuation.
