Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Professional to assist in the tender phase of major construction projects. As a key member of our procurement function, you will be responsible for scouting supplier markets and managing end-to-end RFQ processes to maintain commercial competitiveness.

  • Evaluate proposals for major categories including material, equipment and plant, subcontractor works, and services, and deliver the commercial outcome within a defined timeframe.
  • Apply your commercial acumen and analytical skills to draw insights from data and provide recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Manage stakeholder communication to ensure the procurement process is undertaken effectively and compliantly.
  • Manage supplier relationships and promote safety, environmental, and sustainability aspects in procurement.

Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain and Procurement Departments in multinational contexts.
  • Engineering and construction industry background preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, supply chain or Engineering.
  • Negotiation techniques and strategies.
  • High confidence in analysing data and making reports to support decision-making.
