Senior Contract Administrator – High-End Commercial Projects
Location:Toowoomba
Salary:Up to $150,000 + Super
Type:Full-time, Permanent

We're working with a leading commercial builder to secure aSenior Contract Administratorfor a portfolio of high-end commercial projects valued between $5M–$20M.

This is an excellent opportunity to step into a senior role with a reputable builder, offering stability, a collaborative work culture, and projects that will showcase your skills at the top end of the market.

About the Role

In this senior position, you'll take ownership of the contract administration function from tender through to project completion. You'll be working closely with the Project Manager to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead procurement and prepare detailed scopes of work.
  • Oversee tender vetting, analysis, and negotiations.
  • Manage budgets, variations, and progress claims.
  • Maintain strong document control and quality management systems.
  • Resolve disputes and manage defect rectification.
  • Ensure strict WHS compliance across all stages.
  • Represent the builder in stakeholder project meetings.
About You
  • Significant experience as a Contract Administrator in commercial construction, ideally at a senior level.
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of contract law.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple high-value projects concurrently.
