Director of Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our operations team.
- Complete all records and paperwork correctly, as directed and required by law and regulators.
- Ensure safe work practices and adherence to policies and procedures including Absolutes and Lifesaving rules, as well as reporting unsafe practices and incidents.
- Undertake any other duties, accountabilities, and responsibilities as directed.
- Supervise and assist in the training of all levels of Process Operators.
- Prepare and document waste products to be removed from site.
- Perform loading and unloading of packaged waste vehicles.
- Decant, clean, repackage, store, and dispose of packaged waste.
- Sample and treat packaged waste as directed and/or required.
- Undertake daily maintenance and safety checks on equipment.
- Previous Team Leader or Supervisor experience is essential.
- A current forklift license with a minimum of 12 months experience is necessary.
- Excavator and Loader tickets are highly advantageous.
- Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team is required.
- A Zero Harm Safety mindset is crucial.
- Good attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn are expected.
- Willingness to take a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol test is mandatory.
