Concrete Operations Director

We are seeking a Concrete Production Manager to oversee the production operations of our concrete plants.
- This role involves leading a team of plant managers, supervisors, and drivers to maintain high standards across all operations.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing teams, maintaining safety and environmental standards, and improving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Lead a team of plant managers, supervisors, and drivers to achieve strong performance across all operations.
- Maintenance Management: Oversee maintenance of plants and vehicles to maximise efficiency and reliability.
- Operational Improvement: Develop and implement plans to improve operational efficiency and contribute to the strategic growth and development of the business.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in concrete plant management or related industry experience.
- Strong commitment to health, safety, and environmental best practices.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
