Medical Dispute Resolution Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Dispute Resolution Specialist to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with strong medical knowledge and excellent communication skills to make a positive impact on someone's life every day.
The successful candidate will have experience in managing internal and external medical disputes, including causation, threshold injury, and Whole Person Impairment (WPI).
Key responsibilities include:
- Evaluating individual and organisational development needs.
- Managing key stakeholder expectation and allocating appropriate resources.
- Negotiating terms with external providers.
- Ensuring appropriate attention, management and prevention of risk and governance.
To be considered for this role, applicants must have more than 5+ years demonstrated experience in a similar CTP Medical Disputes or Injury Management Specialists role.
