Expert Medical Dispute Resolution Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled medical dispute resolution specialist to join our team in Sydney. This key member of our team will be responsible for managing CTP medical disputes, focusing on pivotal aspects such as causation, threshold injury, and Whole Person Impairment (WPI). 

The successful candidate will have:

  • Extensive experience in medical disputes and injury management with a proven track record of delivering effective outcomes.
  • Sound medical knowledge, including a background in medical science, physiotherapy, chiropractic, allied health, rehabilitation or similar.
  • Training and experience in assessing WPI in accordance with AMA 4 and the Psychiatric Impairment Rating Scale (PIRS).
  • Experience in managing internal and external medical disputes, including drafting applications, replies and submissions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to negotiate terms with external providers.
