
Business Development Executive

Secure and manage high-value sponsorships for premium events by engaging with leading technology, construction, and real estate brands.
This role involves pitching bespoke sponsorship packages and closing high-value deals to drive meaningful business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the sales cycle - from prospecting to negotiating and closing sponsorships.
- Target C-Suite & senior executives - build long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
- Develop strategic sales plans - identify new business opportunities across technology, real estate, and construction sectors.
- Negotiate high-value sponsorship packages - customize solutions to meet client objectives.
- Leverage industry insights - stay ahead of market trends to position our events as must-attend for leading businesses.
- Attend and represent our events - strengthen relationships and secure renewals.
Requirements & Competencies:
- Proven B2B sales experience - ideally in sponsorship, events, or media sales.
- Ability to sell to senior decision-makers - experience engaging with C-suite executives, marketing leaders, and business development teams.
- Industry experience preferred - knowledge of technology, construction, real estate, or related sectors is a bonus.
- Results-driven mindset - a self-starter who thrives on hitting and exceeding targets.
- Exceptional communication & negotiation skills - you know how to influence, persuade, and close deals.
- Organized & proactive - you can manage multiple deals, meet KPIs, and maximize revenue potential.
- Passion for networking & business growth - you love building relationships and unlocking opportunities.
