As a Resort Operations Director at Travel + Leisure Co., you will play a vital role in driving the success of our resorts. Located in the beautiful Port Douglas, Australia, we offer an unparalleled tropical getaway amidst the Great Barrier Reef and Daintree Rainforest.

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned hospitality professional to lead our resort team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily resort operations, ensuring seamless interactions with Club Wyndham owners, guests, and staff. Your expertise in operational knowledge and experience in hotel departments will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and bottom-line results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and engage a driven team to provide an optimal Customer Experience in a resort environment
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive top-line revenue and bottom-line results
  • Build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including Body Corporate
  • Analyze data to inform budget decisions and optimize resource allocation
  • Maintain high standards of quality and service excellence throughout the resort

Requirements

  • Proven experience in leading a resort operations team with a strong focus on customer experience
  • Operational knowledge and experience in all hotel departments, including rooms divisions, food and beverage, and revenue management
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to develop and implement data-driven solutions
  • Effective leadership, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to hold Resident Letting Agent license
