As the Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a high standard of service and cleanliness is maintained at all times. Your responsibilities will include:
- Cleaning hotel rooms to meet housekeeping detail standards, including sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms, and living rooms.
- Delegating workload to ensure rooms are refreshed in a timely manner.
- Controlling stock and reporting discrepancies to the Executive Housekeeper.
- Quality checking rooms and liaising with Front Office to release for occupancy.
- Planning and implementing weekly rosters in consultation with the Housekeeping Manager.
- Observing precautions to protect resort guests and their property.
- Responding to guest enquiries and concerns to ensure total guest satisfaction.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in a similar hotel position.
- A sound understanding of Workplace Health and Safety, including safe chemical handling.
- Strong communication skills.
- An ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
- The ability to recognize and solve problems in the workplace.
- The ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, public, and school holidays.
