
Workforce Strategist and Organisation Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our People Consulting team as an Organisational Design Specialist or Lead. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading and delivering workforce strategy and organisation design projects for clients.
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in organisational design and workforce strategy, with experience in collaborating with clients and EY colleagues to define and deliver project outcomes.
- Deliver client projects by analysing workforce and business data, generating insights and recommendations, and building client relationships.
- Support clients in solving their challenges by providing structured problem-solving guidance and expertise.
- Contribute to business development by identifying opportunities for EY to contribute to client outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Technical skills: Experience with workforce strategy and organisational design tools and techniques.
- Client focus: Proactive in understanding and responding to client needs, with previous experience in professional services consulting or internal consulting desirable.
- Stakeholder engagement and influencing: Ability to ask better questions, listen actively, and convey ideas effectively, with experience in navigating complex stakeholder networks and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Continuous learning and collaboration: Proactive in personal development, open to coaching and feedback, and able to foster communication and accountability in teamwork.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities: Proficient in data analysis and problem-solving to identify issues and provide recommendations.
- Talent development and team coaching: Proven track record of building team capability by mentoring, delegating, and fostering a high-performance culture.
