
Organisational Workforce Development Strategist

At the forefront of organisational development, our workforce specialist plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organisation.
This strategic position involves collaborating with stakeholders from finance, data, and senior leadership to review and interpret data, identifying risks and recommending workforce strategies for attraction, development, and retention.
The specialist will lead organisational design efforts, designing and implementing job design/architecture frameworks, as well as developing and executing change management strategies and plans.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Tertiary qualification in HR, OD, Business, Education or similar (or equivalent experience)
- 5 years or more experience in Organisational Development/workforce planning
- Strong project management skills
- Experience working with performance management systems
