This position involves supporting facilities management across a portfolio of properties, implementing best practices and managing facility services.
The role requires strong working relationships with stakeholders to effectively deliver facilities management activities.
- Implement operational strategies aligned with organizational goals and supervise maintenance requirements
- Identify process optimization opportunities to improve efficiency and consistency while ensuring minimal disruption
- Monitor key performance indicators, develop improvement plans, and serve as the primary contact for the regional portfolio
- Provide leadership and mentorship to operational teams and support recruitment, training, and onboarding activities
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the development and implementation of operational strategies
- Managing facility services to ensure compliance with regulations and policies
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders
- Providing leadership and mentorship to operational teams
The successful candidate will have:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Facility, Property, or related field
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of HSE requirements and Australian Standards
- Understanding of basic technical property aspects and fixed maintainable assets
