Job Summary

The Senior Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing the planning, coordination and execution of facilities works to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.

About the Role

This role requires a high level of organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaising with project stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration;
  • Coordinating and participating in project risk assessments and risk workshops;
  • Developing and implementing project plans, timelines and budgets;
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A postgraduate qualification in a relevant field such as project management or facilities management;
  • Experience in delivering and overseeing facilities works or similar projects;
  • Detailed knowledge and understanding of project management principles and practices;
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and management skills;
  • Ability to analyze complex information and make informed decisions;
