The Role

As a Senior Enterprise Account Executive, you will focus on formulating and executing a sales strategy within the Government Sector, resulting in revenue growth. This role requires a hardworking, driven individual with superb energy, passion, and initiative for growing accounts.

Your Responsibilities

  • You will proactively identify, qualify, and close a sales pipeline by strategically prospecting into CTOs, Engineering/IT Leaders, and technical end users.
  • You will build strong and effective relationships with customers, resulting in growth opportunities.
  • You will partner with our Solution Architects and work closely with the Professional Services and Customer Success team to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • You will work closely with the enterprise ecosystem partner sales and channel partner to maximize deal sizes.
  • You will participate in our sales enablement trainings, including our comprehensive Sales Bootcamp, sophisticated sales training, and leadership and development programs.

Requirements

  • You must have 7+ years of field experience in quota-carrying sales with a focus on expanding new accounts in a fast-paced and competitive market.
  • You must have experience winning and growing business across Federal Government agencies.
  • You must be able to sell into new lines of business within open accounts and run a complex sales process.
  • You must have a proven track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets.
  • You must be able to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology.
  • You must be skilled in building business champions.
  • You must be driven and competitive, possessing a strong desire to be successful.
  • You must have previous Sales Methodology training (e.g., MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger Sales).
  • Familiarity with databases, develops, and open-source technology is a plus.

Estimated Salary: AU$120,000 - AU$150,000 per annum.
