- Case Management: Provide 'value add' generalist counselling and case management support with a focus on supporting clients to gain and sustain employment and convene case conferences.
- Consultation and Feedback: Provide consultation and feedback to team members on interventions, referrals, and operational matters while maintaining client confidentiality.
- Coaching and Guidance: Provide coaching, guidance, and support to other staff as directed.
We are looking for a motivated, flexible team player who is committed to making a positive impact. You will effectively engage and support clients in all ages, including those with high-level and complex needs to achieve sustainable outcomes.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with well-developed interpersonal, verbal, and written skills, and the ability to conduct client assessments, develop case plans, and case notes and report writing.
- Self-Motivation and Initiative: Self-motivation and initiative, with well-developed organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines and attend to multiple tasks and priorities.
- Interpersonal and Conflict Resolution Skills: Interpersonal, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills along with the ability to identify innovative and lateral solutions to problems.
- Previous Experience: Previous experience working effectively within a multi-disciplinary framework and as part of a broader team to deliver quality services and collaboratively achieve participant outcomes.
- Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Qualifications: A minimum degree or graduate diploma level qualification in a relevant discipline (e.g., Psychology, Social Work, Counselling) is essential.
- Working with Children Check: Be willing to complete a Working with Children Check and National Police Check.
- Driver's License: Have a current valid Driver's License, willingness to drive, and your own registered vehicle with a 4-5 star ANCAP safety rating.
- Eligibility to Work in Australia: Be eligible to work in Australia.
