Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Rehabilitation Consultant in Adelaide, SA.
As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work with clients with a range of conditions, both physical and psychological, to achieve return to health and return to work outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Case management, including caseloads and Rehabilitation Assistants to alleviate administrative tasks;
- Applying clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes;
- Working with employers and employees to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs;
- Collaborating with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionals;
- Working across various schemes, including workers compensation, compulsory third party, life insurance, Comcare, Department of Veteran's Affairs, and employer-funded injury prevention programs;
- Assisting those with an injury or health condition to achieve return to health and return to work outcomes;
- Completing assessments using clinical skills, including initial, workplace and vocational assessments to review diagnosis, support treatment plans, address psychosocial barriers to employment and identify suitable employment opportunities.
