About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional IT professional to join our team as a Service Desk Specialist. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing remote service desk support to our clients, troubleshooting technical issues, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide remote service desk support to clients, troubleshooting technical issues and resolving problems in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Support a combination of servers, desktops, and applications within Microsoft Azure, AD, and M365 environments.
  • Deliver support for Azure Intra, Hyper-V, and Citrix cloud infrastructure.
  • Perform a wide variety of support across many technologies, including LAN and WAN networking.
  • Occasionally work with project teams to deploy solutions for clients.
  • Collaborate with experienced solutions experts to maintain best practice environments.
Requirements
  • Advanced understanding of end-user support and Active Directory.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Windows Server, Azure, and Exchange.
  • Genuine exposure across technical infrastructure from desktop to firewall, including LAN and WAN networking.
  • Understanding of ticketing systems and customer service principles.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a genuine desire to understand customers and help them.
