Equipment Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Equipment Maintenance Specialist. The ideal candidate will have experience working with heavy diesel machinery and be able to perform service and repairs on a variety of equipment.

Main Responsibilities

  • Work independently to provide exceptional service to customers across South Australia
  • Perform routine maintenance, servicing, and repairs on John Deere Ag & Construction, Kuhn, Kramer, and other farming machinery to a high standard
  • Diagnose faults and rectify them according to approved procedures
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry advancements

Requirements

  • Mechanical Trade qualification or equivalent
  • Ability to diagnose faults and failures using modern diagnostic techniques
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Award wages plus tool allowance
  • New fully equipped Ford Ranger for work use
  • Company-issued laptop and phone for business purposes
  • Ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
