About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Business Partnering Lead to join our national team. As a trusted advisor, you will partner with senior leaders to deliver strategic people initiatives that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to develop and implement strategic people plans.
  • Lead a high-performing team of People & Development professionals to deliver best-in-class people solutions.
  • Drive talent management, performance, promotion, and workforce planning initiatives that support business growth.
  • Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations matters, succession planning, and workforce strategy.
  • Champion diversity and inclusion by embedding inclusive practices into people processes and leadership behaviours.
Requirements
  • At least 10+ years' experience in HR business partnering, including 3+ years in a team leadership role.
  • Proven ability to connect people strategy to business goals and translate plans into action.
  • Demonstrated success in partnering with senior stakeholders in a complex, matrixed environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Australian employment law and experience managing complex employee relations matters.
  • Leadership and mentoring skills with a passion for developing and empowering others.
  • Expertise in managing cyclical people programs such as promotions, performance reviews, and succession planning.
