Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as the Religious Education Coordinator at St Clare's Catholic Parish Primary School, Narellan Vale.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of the Catholic life of the school, contributing to the management of the school, and coordinating and supervising teaching and learning in Religious Education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of the Catholic life of the school, including the vision, mission, and strategic priorities.
  • Contribute to the management of the school, including the coordination and supervision of teaching and learning in Religious Education.
  • Develop and maintain positive partnerships with students, families, and carers, the local church, and the wider school community.
  • Build a learning culture of shared responsibility for quality teaching and student learning growth, informed by data.
  • Lead change and improvement to enhance learning for all students, especially in Religious Education.
Requirements
  • Accreditation for Senior Leadership in a Catholic School (Category E) in accordance with the 'Accreditation to Work, Teach and Lead in Systemic Catholic Schools in the Diocese of Wollongong' policy.
  • NESA Accreditation at Proficient Teacher level or above.
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills, oral and written communication skills, ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, and strong organisational skills.
