Job Title: Religious Education Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Religious Education Coordinator to join our team at St Clare's Catholic Parish Primary School, Narellan Vale.

About the Role

The Religious Education Coordinator will play a key role in developing and implementing the Catholic life of the school, leading the vision, mission, and strategic priorities, and contributing to the management of the school.

The successful candidate will have a well-developed capacity to take forward the evangelising mission of Catholic schools within the Diocese of Wollongong.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the Religious Education curriculum and programs.
  • Lead and manage the Religious Education team.
  • Provide professional development opportunities for staff.
  • Build positive relationships with students, families, and the wider school community.
  • Contribute to the development of the school's strategic plan.
Requirements
  • Accreditation for Senior Leadership in a Catholic School (Category E).
  • NESA Accreditation at Proficient Teacher level or above.
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong organisational skills.
