About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Employment Lawyer to join our team at Amicus Legal Recruitment. As an Employment Lawyer, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and representation to clients in employment law matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on employment law matters, including employment contracts, workplace investigations, and employment disputes
- Represent clients in employment law proceedings, including court hearings and tribunal proceedings
- Conduct workplace investigations and provide recommendations to clients
- Develop and implement employment law strategies for clients
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in employment law
- Strong knowledge of employment law and industrial relations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
