Business Strategy Expert

The primary objective of this position is to create and execute a market-driven strategy that balances immediate profitability with long-term growth prospects. This involves leveraging market insights and customer needs to inform strategic decisions across the customer lifecycle.
To achieve this, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining core retail strategies such as acquisition, retention, and segmentation. Additionally, you will own and manage customer gross margin models, ensuring they are accurate and aligned with business objectives.
Furthermore, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive enterprise-wide alignment and execution. This includes engaging stakeholders at all levels of the organization, as well as externally, to ensure strategic buy-in and delivery.
