Business Strategy and Operations Expert

We seek a skilled Business Strategy and Operations professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the primary point of contact for key business stakeholders, driving strong business outcomes through strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement business strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive change initiatives, including technology advancement, workforce planning, and people development.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on all people-related matters, ensuring effective performance management, employee investigations, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, including Enterprise Agreements and Fair Work Act requirements.
- Support the Industrial Relations team in enterprise bargaining activities, negotiating, drafting, and lodging agreements.
- Roll out continuous improvement initiatives and training programs for end users.
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management, Business, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in Employment Relations and Industrial Relations.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Action-oriented approach to achieving positive outcomes.
- Compassionate and confidential handling of sensitive workplace matters.
