We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our Business Partnering function, supporting our telecommunications division. As a member of both the People & Culture Leadership team and the Telco Senior Leadership team, you will contribute to implementing business strategy and provide expert advice on P&C policy and process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Effectively lead the P&C Business Partners across our Telco division
  • Partner and support the Executive General Manager and his General Managers across the Telco Leadership Team
  • Design and implement initiatives to support the delivery of the P&C/BU Strategy
  • Provide expert advice and coaching on people related matters to drive individual and organisational improvement
  • Coordinates the talent identification process and succession discussions identifying capability gaps, partnering with the business to build capability for now and the future
What You'll Bring

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate senior experience as a People & Culture Generalist professional, with a strong background in managing strategic issues and resolving complex problems. Experience negotiating and interpreting EBA's and Awards is also essential. Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage autonomous work are must-haves.
