About You

Candidates will possess 8-10 years of experience in a focused Workplace/Employee Relations role within the Human Resources job family. They will have a deep understanding of the Australian Workplace Relations System and experience applying employment legislation, HR policies, and governance frameworks.

  • Strong communication skills for interacting at all organizational levels
  • Self-organized with excellent planning and project management abilities, capable of handling multiple, time-sensitive projects
