Job Description

As a Workplace Relations Professional, you will be responsible for shaping and implementing workplace relations strategies. Your expertise in case management, including Fair Work claims and anti-discrimination matters, will be essential to providing pragmatic advice and navigating industrial reforms.

You will manage complex cases and ensure compliance with pay and entitlements. Your role will involve leveraging economic, financial, market, and data insights to drive initiatives and applying a commercial perspective to influence key decision-makers for transformational change.

Effective communication at all organizational levels is crucial, as is the ability to self-organize and plan projects efficiently. You will also be responsible for solving problems effectively and escalating potential issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 8-10 years of experience in a focused Workplace/Employee Relations role within the Human Resources job family
  • A deep understanding of the Australian Workplace Relations System and experience applying employment legislation, HR policies, and governance frameworks
