Operational Change Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned operational change manager to drive successful change across our business units. The ideal candidate will have experience in conducting comprehensive change analyses, identifying and mitigating risks, assessing readiness, and collaborating with key teams to embed operational change activities into the broader project plan.

This role offers flexibility, including the option to work part-time (4 days per week), with hours aligned to Eastern States business hours.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough change impact assessments, evaluating stakeholder needs, change impact evaluations, gap analyses, and training requirements.
  • IDentify and address people-side risks, developing targeted strategies to mitigate resistance.
  • Evaluate organisational readiness, analysing results, and presenting actionable insights to inform change decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate operational change activities into the overall project plan.
  • Engage stakeholders, co-developing tailored change and implementation plans for specific business units.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record as an operational change analyst or manager in complex enterprise-level environments.
  • Industry knowledge in telecommunications is highly regarded but not essential.
  • Background in transformation or integration projects, with expertise in navigating change in dynamic settings.

This role involves driving successful change across our operational business units. As an operational change manager, you'll be responsible for conducting change impact assessments, developing and executing change management plans, creating training materials as needed, supporting leaders and managers through organisational change initiatives, and tracking change adoption.
