About Our Team:

Our liquor team works across three leading brands - Liquorland, First Choice Liquor Market, and Vintage Cellars - each with its own unique offering and customer base. We deliver accessible drink solutions for every occasion through our network of more than 930 stores and online sites.

About the Role:

You will support the effective development and delivery of change strategies to implement projects within the Transformation and Strategy portfolio as a Change Analyst. You will report to the Head of Store Formats.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Contributing to the development of a best-fit change approach and change management plan
- Developing and maintaining a suite of change management artefacts/documentation that supports sustainable change for team members
- Supporting the execution of change measurement activities, including impact analysis, skills gap analysis, stakeholder analysis, communication plans, learning needs analysis, and training programs.
- Gathering feedback and data on the effectiveness of change tools and initiatives
- Coaching and supporting managers to lead a change process within their teams

About You:

We are looking for a professional with proven experience in implementing programs that deliver sustainable change.

You will need:

- The ability to quickly grasp new concepts and situations
- Effective communication skills to engender confidence and support at all levels of the business
- Knowledge of change management principles and methodologies
- Experience working in a high-performing team, adopting a pragmatic approach and ensuring "fit for purpose"
- A level of experience working successfully with senior management to identify, scope, and deliver initiatives aligned to business objectives
- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle
