Manufacturing Operations Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Manufacturing Operations Manager to establish and grow our in-house manufacturing capability. This is an exciting opportunity to design and scale production in line with regulatory requirements using cutting-edge techniques.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Elevate manufacturing processes for new production lines from proof-of-concept through to scale-up lines.
  • Navigate regulatory expectations ensuring reliability, repeatability, and compliance.
  • Pursue strategic partnerships with suppliers, occasionally travelling internationally to foster strong relationships.
  • Develop business cases for manufacturing scale-up, contract manufacturing, and commercial decision-making.
Key Requirements:
  • A proven background in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, precision manufacturing, or another highly repeatable manufacturing sector.
  • The ability to drive manufacturing excellence, build systems that last, and grow with us.
