Production Manager Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Manager to lead our production team.

This is a dynamic role that involves coaching and managing your team, leading development and implementation of site performance plans, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across operations.


Responsibilities
  • Drive efficient line output, true and net efficiency, cost/productivity targets, and service levels
  • Work in conjunction with Quality and Warehouse Supervisors to ensure product quality, HACCP, and compliance with quality systems
  • Develop employees across your team

Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years previous experience in a supervisory/managerial role within an operational/food manufacturing environment
  • Ability to plan, coordinate, manage, and develop a team to achieve agreed goals and objectives
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to foster trust, cooperation, and support across the production environment
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and other production management tools
