Retail Development Manager

Role Overview:
">We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Retail Development Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for building presence and visibility of our products in the specialty retail and vending channels.
">The primary function of this role is to ensure continuous partnership and expansion with existing specialty customers, as well as the management of existing and winning new vending partners. You will work closely with our distribution partners and sales teams to develop and implement strategic plans that drive reach and occasionality across these channels.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Build relationships with key accounts in the specialty retail and vending industries.
- Develop and implement conceptual sell presentations to win new or expand existing business opportunities.
- Collaborate with our distribution partners and sales teams to drive business growth and increase market share.
Requirements:
">- 3+ years of experience in key account management and business development.
- Strong planning and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
