We are seeking a skilled administrative professional to join our team as an Infrastructure Support Coordinator.

The successful candidate will provide high-level support to our Infrastructure teams, reporting into the Team Leader.

  • Deliver high-quality documentation administration
  • Coordinate meetings, travel, training sessions etc.
  • Maintain effective filing systems
  • Reconcile expenses
  • Support project administration for a team of up to 30

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to bring your skills and experience to a mid-sized engineering consultancy in Melbourne. As an Infrastructure Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Infrastructure teams.

Key Responsibilities
