Job Title: Master Infrastructure Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Master Infrastructure Coordinator to join our team. This role will provide support to the Regional Director for Highways & Bridges and involve supervising a group of bridge engineers and designers.

This position involves people leadership, raising bridge knowledge and expertise across the group, and has key responsibilities including project planning, organization, and leadership in delivering projects on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree in civil engineering, extensive industry experience as a Bridge Engineer recognized by clients at state level, and sound knowledge of Australian Standards in current engineering and construction principles, methods, and practices.

They will also have excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills in complex and changing environments.

The Master Infrastructure Coordinator will be responsible for hiring and expanding the team, being the key interface with contractors and state government, developing new business, maintaining and nurturing existing client relationships, and liaising with other business sector leaders and teams.

Key qualifications and experience include a track record of delivering complex multidisciplinary projects on time and to budget, professional Engineer registration with Engineers Australia or other relevant country registration, and experience and interest in business development initiatives and client relations.
