Job Overview

A key role within our infrastructure team, responsible for ensuring seamless project delivery.

  • Liaise with power companies to coordinate grid connections and approvals.
  • Work closely with customers to schedule installation dates and keep them informed.
  • Prepare and distribute field team work packs, ensuring crews have the right information and resources.
  • Assist in stock management, including tracking, ordering, and coordinating logistics.
  • Support the operations team with documentation, reporting, and compliance requirements.
  • Act as a key point of contact between internal teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth project delivery.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems.
  • Experience in administration, scheduling, or coordination roles (energy, construction, or renewables industry experience is highly regarded).
  • A team player with a proactive and solutions-focused attitude.
