Job Description

A generalist project lead role that involves overseeing diverse client projects across multiple industries, providing valuable experience. This leadership position entails direct and effective management of day-to-day client project delivery, ensuring timely completion, alignment with objectives, high efficiency, and clear value to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic insights and thought leadership on business challenges that support organisational advancement.
  • Drive initiatives aimed at expanding and deepening client relationships through collaborative partnerships.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering their professional growth and capabilities.
  • Contribute to firm-building activities such as talent development, training, and knowledge sharing.

Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record at the Manager level within leading consulting firms, preferably from top-tier or tier-two backgrounds.

They should be a versatile generalist with demonstrated experience across at least three of the following sectors: Private Equity, Digital & Analytics, Financial Services, Telecommunications, Consumer Goods & Retail, Mobility, Defence & Aerospace / Advanced Industrials.

Required skills and qualifications include strong project management expertise coupled with the ability to navigate complex business challenges.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are also essential for this role.
