HR Generalist Opportunity

We are seeking an organized and people-focused professional to fill this HR generalist role.

This is a versatile position offering hands-on experience across the full HR spectrum, encompassing recruitment, compliance, culture, and performance management.

You will collaborate closely with our Senior HR Manager and the wider P&C team, supporting key initiatives, maintaining HR policies, and ensuring excellent employee experiences.

The ideal candidate excels in fast-paced environments, is passionate about HR best practices, and is eager to develop their skills in a collaborative setting.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including policies, job descriptions, and org charts.
  • Support recruitment efforts through screening calls, interviews, contracts, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as letters, referrals, and HRIS updates.
  • Conduct research and provide reports on HR trends and metrics.
  • Keep the HR inbox organized and ensure employees receive timely support.
  • Assist with culture initiatives, performance cycles, and milestone celebrations.
