About This Project Engineer Role

As a seasoned project engineer, you will enjoy autonomy to lead your team and influence project outcomes by utilising your strong commercial, project management, and technical engineering skills.

You will work on both existing and newly awarded projects, while maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and delivering successful outcomes.

You will also have the opportunity to create and implement innovative construction methodologies and techniques, produce project programs, and monitor milestones and costs to ensure timely completion.

Additionally, you'll be responsible for planning and implementing procurement strategies, collaborate with supervisors to identify variations, and develop relevant correspondence.

Finally, you'll establish controls when necessary to protect the environment.

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need a degree in civil engineering, at least 5 years of experience working on large-scale infrastructure projects, a proven track record in health and safety compliance, and the ability to lead and work effectively as part of a team.

You'll also need excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, coupled with the ability to problem-solve and take ownership.
