Job Overview

The role involves designing and delivering high-quality structural engineering projects from conceptualization through to project completion. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams and ensuring timely delivery of projects.

This role specializes in built form with a strong emphasis on professionalism, client satisfaction, and innovation. You will work closely with a dynamic and innovative team to deliver complex structural engineering projects.

Responsibilities
  • Developing technical designs and documentation for structural engineering projects.
  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Conducting site inspections and providing expert advice on project design and delivery.
  • Implementing quality checking and verification activities to ensure project compliance.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • A relevant industry background with 5-10 years' experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently within a fast-paced environment.
  • Practical understanding and proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working on diverse structural engineering projects with a focus on built form.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent is essential. Chartered status preferred but not required.
