Leading projects up to 10 million requires a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience on a broad range of civil projects.

The Role

This position involves taking a lead role in project delivery and, in the early stages, involvement in work winning. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the program and keeping the client informed.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Leading bids and tenders, working closely with the Estimating Manager
  • Coordinating and managing construction engineering activities to ensure that projects are delivered in accordance with plans, designs and specifications
  • Action progress claims, RFI's, variations and all other related reporting requirements
  • Leading and supporting a strong safety culture
You'll Come to Us With:
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with project teams, subcontractors and the client
  • An understanding of the tender process and previous experience managing or leading bids
  • Experience on, or an interest in renewable projects will be highly regarded.
  • A keen interest in working in a diverse and agile role within a growing business
  • The ability to manage smaller scale projects in regional areas is essential.
