Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the operations and readiness of a critical responder network, ensuring timely and high-quality support is delivered to members.

This role combines people leadership with operational precision, requiring a strong track record in managing compliance, accreditation, and readiness programs.

The ideal candidate will have experience in emergency services, clinical leadership, military, security operations, or a similar high-accountability field, with 5+ years of leadership experience, including managing teams, training, and operational processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
